Shuttle Transportation for Yellowstone Ski Festival,
West Yellowstone, Montana - November 19-25, 2007

Karst Stage will be providing scheduled shuttles for the Yellowstone Ski Festival (YSF) in West Yellowstone, Montana (WYS). Their counter is conveniently located inside the main passenger terminal just beyond baggage claim. Reservations are required by November 13, 2007 and should be made on the Airport Shuttle page on their web site www.karststage.com. Their email address is airport@karststage.com. The conference rate for YSF is $95.00/person round trip and $55.00/person one way if you travel to WYS on 11/19, 11/20 or 11/21 and to the airport on 11/24 or 11/25. Karst Stage reserves the right to increase shuttle prices should fuel costs increase significantly between now and the start of the Ski Festival. However, all reservations booked at the above rate will be guaranteed.

Shuttles to WYS will depart the airport at 2:30pm and 7:00pm on 11/19 & 11/20 and at 2:30pm, 7:00pm and 10:15pm on 11/21.

Shuttles to the airport will depart WYS at 3:00am, 5:00am and 9:00am on the 24th & 25th. Drive time to/from WYS is between 1.75 to 2.5 hours depending on weather and road conditions. To qualify for the festival rate be sure to enter YSF in the Conference or Group box at the bottom of the online reservation form. All online reservations will be confirmed by email. A MC or Visa account number and expiration date is required to guarantee your reservation (their web site is secured). They accept MC, Visa, traveler's checks and cash for payment when you check-in upon arrival. It is recommended that you print the confirmation letter and take it with you when you travel.

Please take their toll free telephone number (800-287-4759) with you when you travel in case you encounter a delay or cancellation. Check in at the Karst Stage counter immediately (before claiming your luggage) upon arrival at the airport. You will be issued a return ticket when you check-in with your pick-up date, time and location.

Cancellation Policy: No penalty for shuttles cancelled 24 or more hours prior to departure from the airport. NO REFUNDS for shuttles cancelled with less than 24 hours advance notice.
