Shuttle Transportation for Yellowstone Ski
Festival,
West Yellowstone,
Karst Stage will be providing scheduled shuttles for the Yellowstone Ski Festival (YSF) in West Yellowstone, Montana (WYS). Their counter is conveniently located inside the main passenger terminal just beyond baggage claim.
Reservations are required by November 18, 2008 and should be made on the Airport Shuttle page on their web site www.karststage.com. Please use the “contact us” page on the website for questions or concerns.
The Conference rate for YSF is $109.00/person
round trip and $60/person one way if you travel to WYS on 11/24, 11/25 or 11/26
and to the airport on 11/29 or 11/30. There is a $1.50/person airport tax for
all shuttles leaving the
Karst Stage reserves the right to increase shuttle prices should fuel costs increase significantly between now and the start of the Ski Festival. However, all reservations booked online at the above rate will be guaranteed.
Shuttles to WYS will depart the airport at 3:00pm and 8:00pm on 11/24 & 11/25
3:00pm, 8:00pm
and Midnight on 11/26.
Shuttles from WYS to the airport depart at 3:00am, 5:00am and 9:00am on 11/29 & 30th
Drive time to/from WYS is between 1.75 to 2.5 hours depending on weather and road conditions. To qualify for the festival rate be sure to enter YSF in the Conference or Group box at the bottom of the online reservation form. All online reservations will be confirmed by email. An AMEX, MC or Visa account number and expiration date is required to guarantee your reservation (their web site is secured). It is recommended that you print the confirmation letter and take it with you when you travel.
Please take their toll free telephone number (800-287-4759) with you when you travel in case you encounter a delay or cancellation. Check in at the Karst Stage counter immediately (before claiming your luggage) upon arrival at the airport. You will be issued a return ticket when you check-in with your pick-up date, time and location.
Cancellation Policy: No penalty for shuttles cancelled 48 or more hours prior to departure from the airport. NO REFUNDS for shuttles cancelled with less than 48 hours advance notice.
