If you are staying in town, you will be playng in town. The Rendezvous Ski Trailhead is within an easy walk of all properties located within town and once you are here, you may not turn a rental car on until you leave.

Shuttle Transportation for Yellowstone Ski Festival,
West Yellowstone, Montana - November 24th – 28th, 2009
Reservations are required by November 20th, 2009 and should be made on the Airport Shuttle page on their web site www.karststage.com.
Karst Stage is offering a discount of 20% off of their standard fall rates. Rates are per the number of people in the same reservation. There is an additional $1.50 per person airport tax for all shuttles leaving the Bozeman Airport.

The discounted rate for YSF is only available if you travel to West Yellowstone on the following guaranteed dates: 11/23, 11/24 or 11/25 and to the airport on 11/28 or 11/29 at scheduled times. If traveling on a non-guaranteed date, you will be subject to standard shuttle rates.

Drive time to/from West Yellowstone is 2 – 2.5 hours depending on weather and road conditions. To qualify for the festival rate be sure to select YSF from the conference drop down menu at the bottom of the online reservation form. All online reservations will be confirmed by email. An AMEX, Master Card, Discover or Visa credit card is required to guarantee your reservation (their web site is secured). Your credit card will be charged upon submission of your reservation. It is recommended that you print the confirmation letter and take it with you when you travel. Karst Stage reserves the right to increase shuttle prices should fuel costs increase significantly between now and the start of the Ski Festival. However, all reservations booked online at the above rate will be guaranteed.
Please take their toll free telephone number (800-287-4759) with you when you travel in case you encounter a delay or cancellation. Check in at the Karst Stage counter immediately (before claiming your luggage) upon arrival at the airport. You will be issued a return ticket when you check-in with your pick-up date, time and location.
Cancellation Policy: No penalty for shuttles cancelled 48 or more hours prior to departure from the airport. NO REFUNDS for shuttles cancelled with less than 48 hours advance notice.
